Baker Armory Monthly Giveaway — Official Rules

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING BEYOND THE ENTRIES IT GENERATES, AS DESCRIBED BELOW. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. Sponsor

This giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by Baker Armory (“Sponsor,” “we,” “us”). Baker Armory is operated separately from Baker Rifle Manufacturing and does not involve the sale, transfer, or giveaway of any firearm or firearm component.

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at time of entry. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Baker Armory, Baker Rifle Manufacturing, and their respective households are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any entrant who does not meet these requirements.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway runs on a recurring monthly cycle. Each cycle’s start and end dates, and that cycle’s prize, will be posted on our How It Works page and/or our social media channels. Entries are counted only if received within the applicable monthly cycle.

4. How to Enter — Two Methods, Equal Weight

You may enter the Giveaway by either or both of the following methods. Entries earned by either method carry equal weight in the drawing — a free entry has exactly the same odds as a purchased entry.

• Free Entry (No Purchase Necessary): Create a free account at bakerarmory.com during the applicable Giveaway Period. One (1) free account registration earns one (1) entry, one time only per person/household, regardless of how many accounts are created.
• Purchase Entry: Place a qualifying order on bakerarmory.com during the applicable Giveaway Period. You earn one (1) entry for every fifteen dollars ($15.00) of your order’s subtotal, calculated after any discounts and before shipping, handling, or tax. Entries are calculated by dividing the qualifying subtotal by $15 and rounding down to the nearest whole number (e.g., a $44.00 order earns 2 entries; a $45.00 order earns 3 entries). There is no maximum number of purchase entries.

Entries are automatically tallied by our systems; no separate entry submission (mail-in or otherwise) is currently offered. [LEGAL REVIEW NOTE: some state sweepstakes laws require a mail-in or non-digital alternate entry method in addition to a free digital one — confirm whether this applies before launch.]

5. Prize

One (1) winner will be selected per monthly Giveaway Period to receive that month’s featured prize (the “Prize”). The Prize changes from month to month and will be described on our How It Works page and/or social media channels prior to or during that month’s Giveaway Period. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Prize will vary by month and will be disclosed alongside the Prize description. No cash alternative will be offered unless stated otherwise for that cycle. The Prize is non-transferable except at Sponsor’s discretion.

6. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. Sponsor does not sell, offer, or provide any product or service that increases odds of winning beyond the entries it generates under Section 4.

7. Winner Selection & Notification

Shortly after each Giveaway Period ends, Sponsor will randomly select one (1) winning entry from all eligible entries received during that period, with each entry weighted equally. The winner will be notified directly using the email address or account information provided at entry, and the winner (or a general announcement, at Sponsor’s discretion) will be posted to Sponsor’s social media channels. The winner must respond to the notification within a reasonable time set by Sponsor (currently seven (7) days) to claim the Prize; failure to respond within that window may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.

8. General Conditions

• Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with the entry process, violating these Rules, or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
• Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway, or these Rules, if fraud, technical failure, or any factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway, subject to applicable law.
• By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final in all matters relating to the Giveaway.
• This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform on which it may be promoted.

9. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited, acceptance of a Prize constitutes winner’s consent for Sponsor to use winner’s name, likeness, and general location (e.g., city/state) for advertising and promotional purposes, including on social media, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

By entering, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor and its officers, employees, and agents from any liability for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the Prize.
